AA Fitness is a brand new full body workout tailored to maximise your endurance and help achieve your dream body!


Throughout each session, you will experience a variety of different workouts that will focus on improving your stamina, core stability and strength.


We have two fitness classes a week, Monday’s at 7pm and Wednesdays at 6pm for one hour.

Classes on a Monday will consist of a complete mix of cardio, strength and circuit training.

Classes on a Wednesday will be a high-impact cardio/strength class.


On a Wednesday, there are limited spaces available for your children to bounce whilst you get fit for £3! If this interests you, please book at reception.
